They do not stand behind what they tell you in the store when your buying something. I have a couch set that is a year and 1/2 old that has a love seat, couch and rocker. We only use the Love seat. The leather mix material is pulling and making holes and cracking, on every piece, and we have followed the care direction. But the manager in Covington, feels it's OK not to stand behind what they sale. I was told to bad your year is up! nothing we can do about it! And they tell you things and then they say they never said it! beware, poor quality, manager poor attitude! 3rd time buying from them over $10,000.00 we should be considered a valued customer.
